Surgical Sperm Retrieval (SSR)

This is a method that is used to surgically collect sperm from men who do not have sperm in their semen.

You may benefit from this procedure if you:

  • Have had a vasectomy
  • Have a blockage
  • Have had chemotherapy or radiotherapy and your fertility has not returned to normal
  • Have had surgery to bring down undescended testes
